A quick grateful moment today. ❤️

Sometimes you just have to THANK the people that stood by you.

I’m honored to receive the Top Producer Award from Legacy Real Estate for July.
It might not be a lot to others, but this means so much to me—not simply because of the award, but because of all the people and experiences behind it.

I’m especially grateful to Bill Aboumrad and his family, whose legacy in real estate spans 75 years. Thank you for the encouragement, support, and the opportunity to continue doing what I love.

To my wonderful clients—thanks for trusting me w such an important part of your lives. Every transaction represents a person, a family, a dream, and a NEW chapter.

After 37 years in real estate, I’m still learning, still growing, and still incredibly grateful to be able to serVe others.

I’m thankful for Jesus, who reminds me that our greatest treasure isn’t what we achieve, but who we help and who we become along the way. 🙏❤️

THANKS to my brother who MADE me get my real estate license, Tony Battagello
Still working side by side after all these years. Thanks, Tone! 😀

🏡 SOLD! 🎉

There is nothing more rewarding than helping a client achieve an exceptional outcome.

This sale was especially meaningful because, through this journey, my client became a dear friend.

This Alamo property received multiple offers, and through strategic marketing and strong negotiation, I was honored to help my client achieve a sale of $401,000 OVER the asking price! 🙌

A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful client for trusting me with one of life’s biggest decisions. It was truly an honor to represent you.

Steve, I’m praying God’s richest blessings over this next chapter of your life. I know He has wonderful plans for you. I also treasure the friendship that grew from this journey, and I look forward to seeing all that God has in store for you in the years ahead.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling and would like to know what your home could be worth in today’s market, I’d love to help.

Today I stopped by my cousin’s beautiful ranch to check on things. The two sweet donkeys were waiting for treats, and thanks to my cousins telling me where they kept the goodies, they got a little extra love today! 🫏❤️

Seeing how close the Morgan Fire came is a powerful reminder of how quickly life can change. We are incredibly thankful for the courageous firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, pilots, and every person who worked tirelessly to protect our communities. Your dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. Thank you, CAL FIRE, and everyone who stood on the front lines.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who prayed for the families, firefighters, animals, and communities in harm’s way. God truly hears the prayers of His people.

This is also a reminder for all of us to ask ourselves: Are we prepared? Have we made an emergency plan? Do we have important documents, medications, and necessities ready if we ever have to leave at a moment’s notice?

As we count our blessings today, let’s continue praying for those who have lost so much and for the brave men and women who continue protecting our communities.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 🙏❤️

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July, from Guido & I! 🇺🇸

Every time I see our American flag waving, I’m reminded how blessed we are to live in a country where freedom is cherished and hope is always alive.

As we celebrate 250 years of America’s story, may your day be filled with smiles, family, delicious food, grateful hearts, and maybe a few extra treats for our four-legged friends.

Stay safe, be kind, love one another, and thank God for the freedoms we enjoy every single day.

❤️ God Bless America… and Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

If you’re celebrating the 4th, please be safe, look out for one another, and don’t forget our furry friends—turn up the TV or play some calming music while the fireworks are going off. ❤️🐾

I hope you enjoy some of the fun events around our beautiful town. Happy Independence Day, and God bless you and your family! 🇺🇸❤️

Two successful closings, two beautiful stories, and one very grateful heart. ✨

This month I had the blessing of closing two homes in San Pablo, and I’m reminded once again how amazing God’s timing can be.

The first home was sold for a wonderful client who has entrusted me with the sale of three homes over the years. That kind of loyalty and confidence in my work is something I will always cherish.

While I was at that property meeting the home inspector, a gentleman came through who was looking for a place to call his own. That unexpected meeting led me to help him find a home just down the street—bringing me to my second closing.

Moments like these remind me that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust, listening, and helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I am truly thankful to God for His continued blessings, for the wonderful clients who place their trust in me, and for every new chapter I have the privilege of being part of. 🏡🙏

Here’s to new beginnings and many happy memories ahead.

Went back to my cousin’s ranch today—the one I had the honor of selling him—and wow… they’ve completely transformed it. Electric gates, beautiful new fencing, a big chicken house, pastures for the donkeys, even a racetrack! I was tempted to sneak in and leave a little surprise, but figured jumping the fence might not end well 😂

So proud of everything you’ve done Cuzz’n Joe Ancona & Shari Krelle Ancona with this place. It’s truly something special! 🤩 C u in a few weeks! ❤️
