Sometimes the road to finding the right home takes a few unexpected turns!

These clients came to me when their landlord decided to sell, leaving them needing to find a new place to call home. With some urgency, they secured a rental they thought would be perfect, only to discover water issues just before move-in. Thankfully, the landlord released them from the lease, but they were right back to square one with nowhere to go.

Then we found this house! For the next 2–3 weeks, it was negotiations, back-and-forth conversations, and plenty of figuring out how to make the numbers work. At times, it felt like we just weren't going to get there, but we kept at it until we finally reached an agreement everyone was happy with!

I couldn't be happier for my clients as they head into this next chapter with so much more space to enjoy. Sometimes it's not about finding the easiest deal, but finding the right one and making it happen.

Congratulations to my client on closing on this beautiful condo!

One of the things I love most about real estate is that you never know who you're going to meet or where a transaction will take you. About two months ago I met my client, who was originally from Thailand and still owned a home there! Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to learn about a different culture while helping her navigate a market and process that were unfamiliar to her. There were plenty of questions along the way, but also a lot of laughs, and it was genuinely such a fun experience.

What made this transaction even more special was that on our very first showing, we discovered that the seller had ties to Thailand as well. What are the chances? From the beginning, there was just something about this home that felt right.

Because there were many parts of the buying process that were new to my client, I was happy to take the time to walk her through everything and make sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Having a fantastic agent and seller on the other side made the entire transaction that much smoother.
