Another day with no Response from my Brother, DON Schisler!
ISN'T TOTAL SILENCE with YOUR FAMILY a "SIGN OF GUILT?"
If DON WON'T TALK, OR SHARE TRUST FINANCES, I WILL!
After my Brother, STEVE passed, DON took his Life Insurance Proceeds away from his WIDOW! DON NEVER paid her back!
I asked why she never said anything.
She said she'd been afraid to be called a LIAR, by our Dad.
Tomorrow I'll SHARE HOW DON STAYED OUT of GOING TO VIETNAM.

My Brother, DON Schisler, has NOT RETURNED any of my Phone Calls, emails, Text messages, or Letters FOR OVER 5 YEARS! I think he's AFRAID I'll ASK HIM TOO MANY TOUGH QUESTIONS!

After Dad passed, DON, the Oldest Schisler, Dad had me design a Revokable Family Trust, as I'd been licensed by Lincoln National, and Dad believed DON was RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH to take over Family Trust Finances, WHAT a BIG MISTAKE. Please learn from this.

Our Mom had told us she wanted to DIE IN HER OWN BED, like she had watched Dad do, very comfortably, with Hospice there at HOME. But, DON FORCED HER OUT, INTO ASSISTED LIVING, which SHE DID NOT NEED! Once he moved her out, he moved in!

DON treated all of HER POSSESSIONS like SHE HAD DIED! No chance for her to go through her own things, if DON was MOVING HER OUT. She didn't get to say Goodbye to her Neighbors that she'd known over 30 years, in their same HOME.

DON's True "CHARACTER" was SHOWN when DON then REVOKED our FAMILY TRUST, and, he REPLACED WITH HIS OWN TRUST!
THEN, he BOUGHT their HOME, about $400,000, no money down? (Escrow Doc copy for us?)
Mom told me, "DON is STEALING MY MONEY!" DON DENIED said,
"SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT?" No way!

More ... We grew up on Balboa Island, where Neighbors were "Like Family." My intent was for Don to know that Mom & Dad's closest Neighbors now KNOW about Don's FRAUD, and have at least been shown Don's True Colors. Don is "In it for himself, not for Schisler Family!
"IF WE KNEW THEN, what we know now", I would have never set up their Trust to give Don all the power and control, when Dad asked me help set up his Trust, because I had been licensed as a Financial Planning Certifications with Lincoln Financial Group.
Don had nothing to do with creating the Trust, but he quickly REVOKED Dad's Family Trust, replacing it with his own Trust, to became "Dictator" of our Beneficiary's their Family Assets. There's a saying, that "If you know that a Problem exists and you don't help fix it, you're not part of the Solution, but a part of the Problem."

Another day of Brother, DON, still REFUSING to COMMUNICATE WITH his FAMILY. after STEALING our Parent's HOME, and never talking to us Beneficiaries before doing whatever he wanted!
Some of my closest Friends have told me to "Get an Attorney", which means WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE WITHOUT ONE! Today, My choice is to NOT FILE "Legal Action", but let others do it.
Today, I'm contacting the "Better Business Bureau", and also the "Department of Real Estate", and "Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce", providing them copies of my EVIDENCE against Don.
I'll post MORE INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE AGAINST DON TODAY ...

Attached is a 1st American Preliminary Title Report, which show supports our Beneficiary Claims against Oldest Brother, DON.

Please notice all the County Recording made, shown on P. 2-6, on the Preliminary Title Report, which is already posted below. If anyone would like to review a full copy, pleas let me know.

DON NEVER TOLD Mom & Dad's Beneficiaries about MOVING MOM OUT, then MOVING IN! Then DON Bought their HOME FOR ABOUT $400,000, again without telling us. When I did find out, I asked DON how much he paid Mom & Dad's Trust to buy, all he would say is, "I PAID A FAIR PRICE?" No Documentation at all!

WHAT would YOU DO. if YOU WERE ME?
Once DON had REVOKED their FAMILY TRUST, he REPLACED IT WITH HIS OWN, naming HIMSELF in charge of EVERYTHING, with NO "Transparency!" On on of my Weekend visits to Mom's Assisted Living (which she did not need), she said, "DON is STEALING MY MONEY!" When I asked DON, said, "SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE's TALKING ABOUT. Then, DON said, "DON'T TELL MOM I MOVED IN, because she wants to go HOME!"

DON is showing all the signs of a GUILTY Person, especially when he refuses to Communicate at all. So far, I've asked for HELP from his Son, his Wife, and his ex-Wife. NONE have responded so far, but, I'm not giving up HOPE. "DO The RIGHT THING!

August 6th, 2024 Update:
My older Brother, DON, is continuing to be SILENT, with NO Communication back to me, at all, for 5 years. Us remaining Beneficiaries have expressed our "Claims of FRAUD", for DON manipulating Mom & Dad's Finances. That's probably why DON is NOT TALKING? We've given him an option, to not having to show ua ANY DOCUMENTATION at all.

DON moved our Mom out of their HOME, then moved in, and BOUGHT IT FOR UNDER MARKET VALUE. So far, it appears he's "GAINED ABOUT $1 MILLION in EQUITY. ALL in HIS NAME."

DON didn't respond to our Offer yesterday, $200,000.
I'm going to continue to "Dig Deeper", by getting more Preliminary Title Reports from other Companies. More later ...
