[SOLD]

I’m happy to report a successful close of escrow on my clients’ investment property. This transaction was not without its challenges with tenants in place. Ultimately, we negotiated an early termination of tenancy, which opened up our buyer pool to end users, and allowed us to negotiate a great price for this fixer property. All under 35 days. A win-win-win for sellers, buyers and tenants.
