So Coach Nick Saban retires. Right now, he is the greatest of all time in College Football. Best wishes to him and his family. I only wish my Dawgs had more opportunities to beat him. Because if you beat Saban, you truly beat the best. Congratulations, Coach. Well done. Here's to many happy years in retirement!

Do you know what the first thing God said that was not good? That man was alone. So He made him a companion. Genesis 2:18.

This reminds me of one my favorite Christmas passages. Matthew 1:23 "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means 'God with us')" God with us. Jesus came so that we could have communion or Peace with God. In other words, so that we would not be spiritually alone.

God seeks communion with you and me. Jesus provided the way for that to happen.
