This recognition is definitely a highlight of my year, but the true reward is that in 2023 I got to work with old friends (repeat) and new friends (referrals). So grateful that I get to do what I love every single day. Thank you for supporting me - it means so much. The plans are rocking for the implementation of the Midtown development. What is lovely is that there will be some “green” in what is a current eyesore. The innovative development encompasses unique design concepts never before seen in our region. "This development will create a city within a city. With restaurants, shopping, housing and office space, Dallas Midtown will completely redefine this part of Dallas, " said Linda Koop, Former City Council Member and Current State Representative. DART Plans for Cotton Belt Expansion: The public meeting at Parkhill Junior High was a standing-room only session. Apparently did not expect the crowd because they ran out of material. Posted is a diagram of where the plan is for the Cotton Belt expansion, but understand that the area that goes through Addison and Carrollton to the airport is moving forward but the North Dallas portion is postponed to a later date. Much more information can be found on the www.DART.org web site. A second line to downtown and expansion of the subway are in the works. The majority of the attendees were excited to hear that the North Dallas section expansion is postponed, most who live in the area serviced by RISD.
