Happy Election Day! During a recent consultation I had with a prospective client, he told me he wanted to become a United States citizen so that he could finally vote in the country he has lived in for the last thirty years. Voting in smaller elections may not seem all that important or special, but I believe that if you have the right to vote, you should exercise it every chance you have.

Durante una consulta reciente que tuve con un posible cliente, me dijo que quería convertirse en ciudadano de los Estados Unidos para poder finalmente votar en el país en el que ha vivido durante los últimos treinta años. Votar en elecciones más pequeñas puede no parecer tan importante o especial, pero creo que si tiene derecho a votar, debe ejercerlo todas las oportunidades que tenga.

Hoy tuve la oportunidad de hablar sobre el programa de DACA con ! Desde el 2012 más de 850,000 individuos han beneficiado del programa de DACA y ya es el momento que el congreso apruebe una ley que ofrece la residencia permanente a estos soñadores. 🇺🇸
Today I had the opportunity to discuss the DACA program with CNN en Español! Since 2012 more than 850,000 people have benefited from the DACA program, and it’s time for Congress to pass a law offering lawful permanent resident status to these dreamers. 🇺🇸
