Our client was in a violent collision that required her to seek extensive treatment and surgery. The insurance company refused to offer anything pre-suit because the state trooper's report stated our client was at fault. Through his deposition, we got the State Trooper to recant his crash report and pin the other driver with responsibilty. The insurance company finally settled for policy limits.

Drive all the way to Waco VA office for service connected disability hearing for my client. I sent them fax last week to say my client can't attend bc of his terminal cancer. The won't allow him to testify remotely. I get here and they say I can't argue the hearing bc my client needs to be here. What a joke! Got a measly pic as proof of my appearance for my next move.
