Lord & Scott is representing an intellectual property boutique with immediate needs for four exceptional attorneys with 3–4 years of experience in software-related intellectual property matters.
Two positions are focused on patent prosecution, while two are focused on patent litigation.
These positions are intended for attorneys with sophisticated technical backgrounds, strong academic credentials, and meaningful experience in software-related intellectual property.
This is not a broad-market search.
