With the clock ticking down and our Option Period set to expire at 5:00 PM CST today, the urgency of the situation was profound. The time constraints added pressure, but it was also an opportunity to witness exemplary dedication from our team.

I want to acknowledge Joseph Lourigan and his team at Holden Roofing, especially Zach, for their outstanding commitment during this critical period. Late last night, I was on the phone with Joseph and his team, discussing some pressing concerns. Joseph immediately reassured me, promising to have Zach at the property by 8:00 AM the next morning.
