The H-1B fee a federal court blocked is back and it's bigger.

DHS has proposed a new $103,265 fee on H-1B petitions, months after a judge ruled the original $100,000 fee unlawful. Unlike the last version, this one would apply to workers already living in the US. DHS also wants to expand screening fees and cut the grace period for H-1B workers who lose their jobs.
