Today marks one year since Claire joined Gallian Firm. When she arrived, she was quiet, reserved, and mostly kept to herself. That version of Claire apparently did not survive onboarding.
Over the last year, Claire has made herself indispensable to nearly every bit of behind-the-scenes magic at this firm. She runs our social media. She produces our newsletters. She manages the beautiful chaos of Gregg and Jaclyn’s hectic lives.
She has also come completely out of her shell. The quiet person we hired now nominates herself for Employee of the Month, casts the deciding vote, and graciously accepts the honor. She delivers office roasts with the confidence of Nikki Glaser at the Tom Brady roast—only with better source material and far more access to our calendars.
But underneath all the trash talk is someone who is thoughtful, loyal, hilarious, and exceptionally good at what she does. We can’t believe a year has already passed, and we’re genuinely grateful our paths crossed.
Happy one-year anniversary, Claire. LSU may not have given you much to celebrate last year, but you have certainly given us plenty.
