No, no, no, no. Don’t do that. If they had probable cause, they wouldn’t be asking.🚫 Consent hands them a clean search. This leaves your defense attorney with no motion to suppress, no opportunity to fight over scope, and whatever they find lands straight in evidence.

🚨 Texas THC laws just changed. As of July 31, products like Delta-8, Delta-10, THCP, and THCA flower are no longer legal in Texas.
