CONGRATULATIONS to my out-of-town client! 🎉🏡
I had been working with my buyer for a little over a year when I found this beautiful home in Parker. I went to see it with her daughter, and we FaceTimed my client from the property. The moment I walked in, I knew this was her house!

2026 is off to a big start!

My first closing of the year was the Mediterranean home below- one of my neighbors purchased this home and has completely transformed it into a classic, beautiful Spanish style home! Congratulations Laura - you are super talented and every home you have touched is a masterpiece!

The second closing was a for a long time client. Her mom is a "snowbird" and my client purchased this home for her mom when she comes to Texas. It is the perfect size and location! Erika - always a fun time looking at houses with you.

Yesterday we closed on a traditional house in Austin Waters. Thank you Emily for your patience and perseverance during this roller coaster year in real estate. I am so happy for you, Jeff and the boys, and your new adventure in Colorado!
