These are not small bets. These are companies planting flags in North Texas for the long term โ and every one of them brings executives, employees, and families who need places to live.
This is why Dallas real estate stays strong when other markets across the nation soften. The demand engine keeps running.

What if concrete could heal itself?
The numbers on traditional concrete are eye-opening โ it costs roughly $65-$80 per cubic meter to produce, but when it needs repairs? That jumps to around $147 per cubic meter. Repair costs nearly double the production cost.
Enter bioconcrete. By embedding bacteria directly into the concrete mixture, the material can actually seal its own cracks over time. It's not one specific product โ it's an emerging category of self-healing building materials that could fundamentally change construction and maintenance economics.
For Dallas where development never really stops โ this kind of innovation matters.
