Hot off the press! Matthew McCarley and Matthew Haynie recently sat down with The Dallas Morning News to discuss two federal lawsuits filed last April with Jim Spangler of Spangler Law. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of plaintiffs who have been affected by Irving's alleged practice of detaining people for over 48 hours before they can appear before a judge, as well as transferring them to a second jail before appearing in front of the judge responsible for setting bail.
