I have been practicing law full time since I left Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing on Dec 31. I loved teaching nursing law & ethics but could not be a part of the state's anti-DEI & anti-LBGTQI+ initiatives. Nursing students and their patients deserve better.
