I just completed a closing for a gentleman purchasing his very first home, an exciting milestone. His agent attended the signing, and at the end, she shared something that truly meant a lot to me. She said that she always makes it a point to attend her clients' closings, especially when a mobile notary is involved, and then told me I was the best real estate notary she has ever worked with. She asked for my information to add me to her A-list of preferred vendors. ⭐️✨ ⭐️

Moments like this are such a powerful reminder that when you truly love what you do, it naturally shines through in your work. ✨

Guys I had a closing at my favorite title company, Stewart Title Richardson last week and met one of the most amazing realtors, Monty V. Dupree. He was there supporting his clients, a lovely young military couple who was buying their first home. I learned so much listening to Monty answering all of their VA questions.

I've worked with a lot of realtors...so let me tell you, If anyone is looking for a truly awesome realtor...give Monty a call!
