Years ago I represented the Derwin Brown family against Dekalb county for the acts of this murdering monster. The county dug its heels and refused to offer them a penny, the State abandoned the Brown family and the Georgia Supreme Court cast a blind eye. Sometimes there is no justice, perhaps for him, there will be justice in the hereafter ?
