Our 2nd visit to our project in Santa Ana with Ed Rios & Luis Navarro. This is the duplex with a 100 year old front house we first visited a month or so ago! Things are moving along smoothly, and the reconfiguration of the back house has made the flow much simpler and conducive for any family to reside in.

The front house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and our team has been working on the structure making sure the home is leveled properly. Their main focus right now is the back area of the home where the kitchen, bathroom & master bed/bath were. Re-configuring that area to maximize the space being used while designing an open and inviting kitchen.
