Turns out, the missing piece is rarely motivation. It's usually just not knowing what the actual next step is.

📍 Coles Crossing might have exactly what you’re looking for.

Coles Crossing is the sister neighborhood to Longwood Village, with a lot of the same charm, just without the golf course. It’s an established, tree-lined community with a median list price around $527,250, the kind of place buyers settle into for the long haul.

But why I recommend this area the most is because of the sense of community here. Cypress offers low taxes and tight-knit neighborhoods with frequent events, all within easy reach of Houston via Highway 290.

I’m constantly growing 🙌

Every closing teaches me something new. Every customer has a different story. Every challenge pushes me to think differently, communicate better, and approach the next situation with a little more perspective.

When I first got into real estate, I thought growth would come from experience alone.

But I’ve learned it also comes from asking questions, adapting when things don’t go as planned, learning from mistakes, and being open to new ideas.

That’s one of the things I love most about being an agent. No matter how long you’ve been in the business, there’s always something new to learn, another skill to develop, or another opportunity to become a better real estate agent.

Looking back, I don’t think I’m the same person I was when I started… and I’m grateful for that!

Yeah, me too! That's why I don't ever give blanket advice like that.

Instead, I like to actually sit down with you and go over your specific situation, because what's happening in the Greater Houston market right now doesn't affect every buyer or seller the same way.

👉 If you're selling, we'll talk through things like how long homes are currently taking to sell, what buyers are actually looking for right now, and what kind of return you can realistically expect.

👉 If you're buying, we'll go through market demand in the area, current market trends, what costs to expect, and what this could look like as a long-term investment for you.
