SUMMERTIME MEANS TIME ON THE BOAT! 🛥

Did you know that the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles has a representative at the headquarters of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries every Monday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ?

The OMV representative will be available to assist residents with their 🛥️ boat trailer vehicle registration.

You can register your boat AND trailer in one stop!

The Louisiana Department of Revenue also has a representative available at LDWF headquarters on Mondays to process tax payments for customers registering boats.

The Dept. of Revenue hours will remain the same:
💵 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (tax payments)

Please note: OMV representatives can only assist guests with trailer registration services while at LDWF

📲 Online services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers are encouraged to visit www.expresslane.la.gov to utilize the following services:

-Cancel license plate
-Vehicle registration renewal

The domain change from an .org address to the .gov domain strengthens cybersecurity protections, reinforces the agency’s official government status, and improves online visibility for residents seeking trusted information and services.
