Every other type of notarizations & real estate closings are still offered.

Upon completion of the construction of the new office, I hope to quickly offer PennDOT services to the public.

As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to say thank you to our amazing community. We’re just a little over a year in business, and the support and trust you’ve shown me has kept me busier than I ever imagined. We’re truly grateful and excited for what’s ahead.
2026 brings the start of construction of our new location (still in Curwensville), which will come with an expansion of services and I can’t wait to share the details as they come.

Announcement 📣

Due to the new federal guidelines on PennDOT Full Agents/business partners, we will not be offering PennDOT vehicle services at this time.

We will absolutely still be keeping our full focus on real estate closings, mobile notary services, and standard notarizations for the community.

Offering PennDOT vehicle services is something we’ll revisit in the future once we have moved to our new location.

We finally have signage! ✨

In a little over a month in business now, I’m blown away by the response & how busy the community has kept me - lots of mobile notary & real estate closings, & appts here at my office too.

What is a mobile notary? 🚙
A mobile notary is a notary public that travels to a client’s location to perform notarizations.

Is it hard for you or a loved one to leave the home or unable to? We can come to you!
Busy schedule and no time to come to our office? We can come to you!
Anywhere you are, we can be.

We’re happy to offer this service to accommodate any situation or schedule.
We service all of Pennsylvania, but our in-service areas are Curwensville, Clearfield, Grampian, Olanta, & Hyde. Any other location is considered an outside service area.

Mobile notary includes a base travel fee, plus round-trip mileage per mile.

Hello! Welcome to Kennedy Notary! ✨
Newly opened in Curwensville, PA, but also offering mobile notary services across Pennsylvania.

In addition to offering standard document notarization, we’re also a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) to perform real estate loan signings - with 6+ years of mortgage closing & underwriting experience too.

Regular business hours are:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm.
Currently by appointment ONLY, but we know that life is busy and schedules are hectic, so appointments are flexible and can be made after business hours and throughout the entire weekend depending on availability.
Mobile notary & NSA needs are also available by appointment throughout regular business hours and after business hours/weekends.

Not currently handling motor vehicle transactions, but please watch for an update on this in the near future! 🚗
