Welcome back, Vikings! If you're new to Stateside Apartments, here's something to know: there's an Envoy electric car parked right at your building, ready when you are.

The ferry is great. The subway is great. But sometimes you want to go where neither one goes. 🚗

This is our EV car share at Terra in Long Island City. From LIC, residents can reach Roosevelt Island with no bridge toll, head upstate for the weekend, or get to places the subway can't. The city gets a lot bigger when you have a car on site.

Say hello to the newest addition at Blume on 16th: a Tesla Model 3, now on-site and ready to book through the Envoy app.

Blume on 16th sits steps from The Oval and the heart of The Ohio State University's campus, with 325 beds across fully furnished two- to six-bedroom layouts, and amenities built for balance: a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, and study rooms for the days that call for focus.

When Up Campus broke ground on Blume, electric car share was part of the plan from day one. Now it's here, and it's one more way this University District community backs up its residents with amenities that actually get used, not just ones that photograph well.

Say hello to our newest community: DelRay Tower at Fuse in Alexandria, VA. 🚙⚡

Two Tesla Model Ys are now on-site and ready to book through the Envoy app, right alongside a rooftop sky lounge with views of Old Town Alexandria and the DC skyline, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a rooftop jogging track, and a demonstration kitchen residents can actually use. This is Mobility as an Amenity®, and it just landed in Del Ray.
