Commonwealth Settlement Services is growing and in need of a new settlement agent. Duties of the position include: conduct the closings at one of our local offices; fulfill requirements or requests set by the mortgage lender, client, or title company; and maintain communication with the client.
Applicant must be detail oriented, possess customer service skills, and most importantly be able to work in a team.
One year of experience in real estate settlements preferred.
