A huge congratulations to my first-time homebuyers!

This closing was extra special! I’ve known one of these wonderful buyers since we were just 8 years old. From growing up as neighbors and going to church together to now helping him purchase his first home with his amazing wife, it’s such a full circle moment!

So thankful I got to be part of this milestone. Wishing you both so much happiness and so many memories in your new home! 🤍

A little 2026 Parade of Homes recap 🏡🤍

I had such a good time touring this year’s Parade of Homes at Stonebridge in Valparaiso. So many beautiful homes, and I loved seeing all of the different layouts, finishes, design ideas and details each builder brought to the neighborhood.

Hello, everyone! I know so many of us have been dealing with the aftermath of the storm these past few days. My family and I were incredibly fortunate to come through it safely and without injury, and I’m so grateful to hear that my past clients and their homes are safe as well. ♥️

At the same time, I know there are still many people in our communities without power or access to necessities like food and water. I wanted to make sure I shared some available resources for anyone who may still need help or simply needs to be pointed in the right direction.

Finally closed on this cutie in Hobart with the absolute best buyer! 🏡🤍

This one was definitely a journey. What started as a standard transaction turned into a short sale in the middle of the process, which meant months of waiting, navigating unexpected hurdles, and working through inspections, appraisal issues, and all the moving pieces that come with a short sale.

Through it all, my buyer stayed patient, trusted the process, and allowed me to advocate for her every step of the way. There were moments when it honestly felt like we’d never make it to the closing table, but we never gave up.

A huge shoutout to the amazing agent on the other side for being such a great partner throughout this process. Thank you to Mike and Allie at Wintrust for staying on top of things even though our timeline got do stretched out. Teamwork and communication made all the difference in getting this one across the finish line.

My buyer officially gets to start her next chapter. I know she’s going to pour so much love into this house and truly make it a home. I’m incredibly proud of everything she’s accomplished to get here, and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of her journey.

I couldn’t be happier for my first-time homebuyers! These are very special friends of mine from childhood, and watching them reach this milestone has been so rewarding.

They’ve worked incredibly hard to put themselves in a strong position to buy a home, and I’m so proud that my amazing team and I were able to help guide them.
