We are hiring! This is a part-time position with the following schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be required to cover for staff absences (such as vacation).

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day office tasks and client support.
Handle document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Provide general administrative support to the title and closing staff.
Answer phones, greet clients, and maintain a professional office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of real estate terminology or prior experience in a title company environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
