We are excited to welcome Adalyn to Ryan G. Hardy, P.A. as she begins her Senior Capstone Project through Collegiate High School. The Capstone Program provides students with the opportunity to explore a career field they are interested in through hands-on learning, research, and mentorship from professionals in the community. Throughout the project, students gain valuable real-world experience while developing skills in communication, professionalism, critical thinking, and leadership.

Adalyn hit the ground running on her very first day. Rather than spending the day behind a desk, she joined Ryan in court and got an up-close look at the legal system in action. From observing courtroom procedures to seeing how attorneys advocate for their clients, she immediately experienced a side of the legal profession that most students don’t get to see firsthand. We are honored to be a part of Adalyn’s Capstone experience and look forward to helping her explore the legal field throughout the year. Thank you to Collegiate High School for creating opportunities that allow students to connect their education with real-world experiences and potential career paths.

Please join us in welcoming Amanda Bowser to our team! We first met Amanda about 10 years ago when her oldest son played football for Ryan, and over the years our families have grown very close. Amanda is a life coach, personal trainer, and mom to three amazing kiddos. She brings so much to the table and will be a wonderful asset to our team.

For the last few years, Amanda has served as an assistant for a nationwide matchmaking firm—all while continuing to build her work as a life coach and fitness trainer. With over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor and 9 years as a life coach, she has built her career around helping people improve their lives through discipline, guidance, and personal development. Along the way, Amanda has also gained valuable business experience, serving as Director of Operations for a real estate company and working as a Controller Assistant, where she developed strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. As a single mom who has experienced the challenges of divorce, Amanda understands firsthand what many of our clients are going through. That perspective, combined with her background in coaching and client support, allows her to connect with people in a meaningful and supportive way.

Miriam has personally experienced her workouts and can confirm—she is hardcore! While Amanda is new to the legal world as an assistant, her life experience, professionalism, and heart for helping others will make her a great addition to our team. Please bear with us as we get her up and running, but we promise she will have it down in no time. We are excited to have her on board!

Holiday Toy Giveaway

As our babies become teenagers, we still find ourselves drawn to buying toys for the little ones. Because of that, we’ve gathered a collection of gifts for children ages 2 to 10, which is the age range we currently have the most items for. If you are a client of our office and have a child within that age range — and you need a little help with Christmas this year — please don’t hesitate to reach out. We took a leap of faith this year and purchased extra gifts to have on hand, simply hoping they would bless the families who need them most.
