It has been a very busy afternoon! Matt Woods presented at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. The presentation gave students an insider’s look into the economics of running a law firm. We had a great turnout from the student body! 

We were incredibly honored to be invited and hope that many found it to be informative.

Our Office Manager and Paralegal, Jenny Drake-Grizzell, had the honor of speaking to attorneys and paralegals at the Northern Kentucky Bar Association & Lawyer Referral Service today! 👏😁

Jenny spoke about the "Dangerous Trap" and how delegating work makes the office run smoothly. She also explained her processes for onboarding new clients, managing complex caseloads, and keeping client service a priority. Great job, Jenny! 👍

This was part of the Solo & Small Firm Section Series where members can learn and earn continuing legal education credits.
