Oh darn!!! Our crystal ball is broken 😱

It seems we will no longer have the ability to predict when parties are mail aways. It makes us feel absolutely rotten that we can't assume when there will be a price change. And it just completely SHATTERS us to know; we can no longer look into the future to see when a closing will move up, extend, or cancel.

🔮 So, until we can replace our crystal ball, please be sure to forward ALL addendums to us. If there are any changes (what-so-ever) please shoot us an email. We would rather receive two emails from both agents, than no emails at all. I know this new process will be different, but I can assure you, it will absolutely get us to the closing table smoothly.

This week, we were TESTED! Our patience was tested. Our team was tested. Our sanity was questioned....but we prevailed👏. The transactions are funded. The recordings are complete. And the policies have been issued. None of this would be possible without the teamwork between every party, in each transaction. Every lender, realtor, title agent, (heck even the buyers and sellers) they all do their parts, but we all work TOGETHER to reach that closing table. Today, we wanted to express our gratitude to several of the agents that pulled us out of the dark. They brought goodies, kind words, and made us feel appreciated for the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Anna Smith with Rybak Realty, Ric Hollifield with Hollifield Real Estate Group, Briana Holley with Southern Oaks Real Estate, and our newest member, Jessica Webb, thank you all for the sweet treats, pizza, and our new welcome mat! They prove that tough times don't last, tough teams do. 🫶

Think of it like a seatbelt. You hope it's never needed, but grateful when you do.
🏠It protects you and your investment from any legal disputes, hidden liens, or fraudulent claims. And it NEVER expires, as long as you own the property. Whereas other insurance companies charge a yearly or even monthly fee, title insurance is a one-time payment that covers you for years to come. It almost sounds too good to be true! 🙌
