Over the past few weeks, I’ve had a lot of conversations about why I chose to affiliate my brokerage with Real Estate.
The answer is actually pretty simple.
I wasn’t looking for just another logo. It was much bigger than that. I was looking for an opportunity to help build something meaningful. Something that I could look at down the road and truly be proud of.
I’m honored to serve as the Broker of Record for Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire while helping lead the growth of throughout New England.
As we grow, our initial focus isn’t on becoming the biggest brokerage. It’s on building a culture where agents collaborate instead of compete, where integrity matters, production is rewarded, innovation is embraced, and people genuinely enjoy being part of something bigger than themselves.
That also means we’ll be intentional about who joins us. This isn’t about growing for the sake of growth. It’s about connecting with professionals who share those values and want to help shape the future of our industry.
