WHO ARE WE?? I don't think we've ever shared our story on our page. So here is our story and goals for the future!

We are Alicia Senn and Chris Camp, the proud owners and operators of Insight Home Solutions, a residential redevelopment firm serving the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. Our journey in real estate began in March 2017 in Denver, Colorado, where we embarked on our education through a national mentorship program called Fortune Builders. We dedicated countless hours to online coursework and traveled extensively to attend live seminars, all in an effort to build our business.
As we entered the Denver market, we quickly recognized its intense competition and high costs, which posed challenges for newcomers like us. We set a goal to fully commit for six months, and if we were unable to establish ourselves, we would explore alternative markets.
In October 2018, we made the bold decision to relocate to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region, bringing along our belongings and our dog, Aeros. Despite having never visited the area or knowing anyone there, we were drawn by the potential for growth. Our extensive research revealed a steady economy, the presence of six Fortune 500 companies, and four colleges, alongside a reasonable average home price of $285,000 and a robust rental market.
We swiftly secured our first property for a flip and gained invaluable experience. As our team grew, we collaborated with skilled contractors and realtors, enabling us to undertake multiple projects. Since 2018, we have successfully completed over 20 development projects. Chris manages project ex*****on and contractor coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while Alicia focuses on design, procurement, and payroll management.
Looking ahead, our goal is to leverage our experience in flipping single-family homes to expand into the multifamily and commercial sectors, initially targeting properties ranging from 5 to 30 units, with aspirations to scale to over 100 units.
At the core of our business is a commitment to the golden rule: treating others as we wish to be treated. We value transparency and honesty and have built a strong team over the past six years that shares these principles. We look forward to continuing to grow our business alongside individuals who embrace these values, as we strive to create something truly remarkable for years to come.

After a much need break this summer for our physical and mental, WE ARE BACK. 💪🏼 We are under contract for our next duplex adventure! We joined a new mentorship to help elevate us to the next level after attending the BRRRR360 cruise. 🛳️🐡 With this exciting new adventure we are ready to work hard to try to achieve 225 doors in 2025.
