Harmony Loan Bldg. & Loan Scandal in Newport, KY in the middle 1970's, won a defense case against Stan Chesley and his gang, (I am the ONLY lawyer to win a defense case in that action from among 2,100+ lawyers so engaged) in the Beverly Hills Supper Club Fire Class Action Litigation. w Firm as a Trial Advisor/Expert in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, NV Fire Litigation case in the 1980's. I have never lost a State Court Jury Trial of a DUI prosecution. I have handled many different types of cases over the years ranging from Court approval of Annuity transfers (all over KY) to Regulation Z defenses of Consumer Debtors' Rights. (That's my "A to Z" thumbnail assessment.) In the past 12 years I have centered my attention on Bankruptcy & Debtor's Rights. My feeling is that the Government takes care of the rich and privileged with its laws and protection of big corporations and banks. So, it is due time someone with brains and guts defended the regular men and women whose taxes make the rich richer and their companies more exempt from taxes. I love to practice law. Nothing in life is more exhilarating than to be "shot at without result". Winston Churchill.
