Police found 91 pounds of m**h, but a federal judge ruled the evidence couldn’t be used in court.

Why? The officer used Flock license plate readers to investigate the driver’s travel history without a warrant, raising serious Fourth Amendment concerns.

This doesn’t mean all Flock cameras are illegal, but it does raise a big question: How much of your driving history should police be allowed to access without a warrant?
