Closing day is exciting! But maybe save these questions for a little earlier:

1️⃣ “So… what exactly am I signing?”
😳 Probably a question worth asking BEFORE you’re sitting at the closing table.

2️⃣ “Can I change my mind about the house?”
😂 This would have been a fantastic conversation to have BEFORE printing 147 pages.

3️⃣ “Wait… how much money do I need to bring?”
💰 If you’re finding this out while sitting at the closing table, we “might” have a problem.

The best closing days are the ones where there are no big surprises, no last-minute panic, and plenty of time to get your questions answered.
