Raised in the small town of Greensburg, KS, and helping my parents run a family business, I learned the significance of relationship building and earned trust, and have always made a practice of treating others as I would like to be treated, myself. My consistent goal is to earn the respect of my clients by exceeding their expectations, going above and beyond from beginning to close, and remain a valuable resource for years to come. As your agent, I am an advisor, your confidante, skilled negotiator, file clerk, design consultant, and very likely your friend, before we finish! My husband, Marc, and I grew up spending our family summer vacations on the lake and always knew we wanted our children to have those same cherished memories. After looking at several KS lake homes, online, we started our search at Council Grove. We were immediately in love with the “Norman Rockwell” feel of the town, how helpful and friendly everyone was, and knew we had found our family lake town-even though we had not, yet, looked at a single house! Through LAKESIDE PROPERTIES, we purchased a 2 bedroom/1 bath house that we completely remodeled and designed, ourselves, into a 7 bedroom/3 bath Home. We have, yet, to fully recover from that year of weekends, but would do it all over. Our children, four of the five of them grown, still love to spend their free time away from work and college, at the lake! When not selling or staging properties, I most enjoy writing, yoga on the dock, boat cruising at sunset, and spending time on the lake with my husband Marc, our children-Brandi, Trace, Teal, Chloe, Gavin...and a very spoiled cat that chooses to remain anonymous.
