Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, especially when it’s your first time.

You should never feel like you’re expected to already know how everything works.

I’ll take the time to explain the process, answer your questions, and make sure you understand your options. And for my Spanish-speaking clients, I’m proud to offer that same guidance in the language that feels most comfortable. ❤️

My goal isn’t simply to help you get to closing. It’s to build the kind of relationship where you know you can call me again when you, a friend, or someone in your family needs help. 🏡

There’s a lot more to me than mortgages.

I was born and raised in Chile, and family and community have always been a huge part of who I am. I’m a wife to my best friend, Ivan, proud mom of four boys, longtime baseball mom, traveler, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people.

My own journey is also a big part of why serving the Hispanic community means so much to me. Being able to help families understand their options in the language they’re most comfortable with is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Whether I’m cheering from the sidelines, spending time with family, traveling somewhere new, or helping someone work toward homeownership, people and relationships are usually at the center of it. ❤️

That’s a little more about the person behind the mortgage title. 🏡

If you’re new here, hi, I’m Carolina! 👋

My career in real estate began 27 years ago, and a few years ago I decided to expand that experience into mortgage lending.

It felt like a natural next chapter. I already understood how personal buying a home can be, and now I get to help families navigate the financing side too.

I was born and raised in Chile and came to the U.S. with my family more than 30 years ago. Being able to serve clients in both English and Spanish, especially within our Hispanic community, is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, proud mom of four boys, baseball mom, traveler, book lover, fitness enthusiast, and Padres fan. ⚾

For me, it all comes back to people, relationships, and earning the kind of trust that lasts well beyond closing. ❤️
