There’s a lottt of homes for sale right now…👀

Before you start screaming “THE MARKET IS CRASHING!!!” and panic-refreshing Zillow, let’s take a breath lol.

A lot of the increase in inventory is because homes are simply taking a little longer to sell. That means buyers may have more options and more breathing room, while sellers need to be a little more strategic about pricing, presentation, and marketing.

So no, the market isn’t frozen. It’s just…taking its sweet lil time. 🐢🏡

And remember: national headlines ≠ your local market.

What’s happening in Utah is what matters.

Local Utah artists really said, “what if we just…made a whole new trippy dimension??” 🌀✨

Dreamscapes at The Gateway is one of those places you have to experience for yourself. Weird, immersive, colorful, and insanely chaotic...this place better make its way to your list the next time you’re even slightly bored.

If you haven’t been yet, consider this your sign to check it out!!

Your weekly mortgage rate check-in is here!📈

Rates have been a little 😬 lately, but a changing rate environment doesn’t mean homeownership is out of reach.

There’s more to the equation than just the rate, your loan type, down payment, purchase price, and overall game plan can all make a difference. The goal isn’t to wait for the perfect market (spoiler: she doesn’t exist lol), but to figure out what makes sense for you.

Swipe for this week’s numbers + loan breakdown! 🏡💰
