Chapters can be powerful forums on campus for education and scholarship aimed at understanding this area of law and the impact is has on animals. Most importantly, student chapters are in a unique position to powerfully advocate for changing laws to bette

r protect animals. The first ALDF Student Chapter was established in 1992 at Lewis and Clark Law School; 20 years later, there are almost 200 chapters throughout the U.S
