It was a wonderful experience working with this couple. Like myself, they are also originally from the great state of Minnesota. They have now been in California for 20+ years, and have raised their kids here. They were looking for a single level, move in ready home with views in Laguna Niguel, close to where their daughter and grandkids live.

With limited inventory in the real estate market, I set out to find them the perfect house. We checked daily for new listings coming to the market, but I also searched high and low for properties that were not on the market, through networking and direct outreach to homeowners. After 2-3 months of searching and seeing homes together, we found the perfect home that checked all of their boxes and some! It feels so rewarding as an agent to make my client's real estate goals come true through hard work and caring.

✨ Double SOLD in Anaheim Hills, CA and Laguna Woods, CA ✨

I had the unique opportunity to represent a seller who lived just down the street from me in Anaheim Hills, and also represent her on the buy side for her next property! She had lived in her home in Anaheim Hills for 37 years, and was ready to downsize to something with less maintenance. We found the perfect replacement property for her in the 55+ community of Laguna Woods, and we were able to close escrow on her Anaheim Hills home and negotiate a rent back for her to stay in her home for 14 days after the close of escrow so that she could use the funds from the sale to purchase her next property, and have some time to move her things into the new home without being stressed out.

Selling or purchasing residential real estate is always just an emotional time, especially leaving a home that was well loved for 37 years! Very grateful for my clients putting their trust in me to make it happen, and to protect their best interests emotionally and financially.

✨ SOLD in Brea, CA ✨

Congratulations to the new homeowners!!! 🎉 Originally from Atlanta, GA, they have been living in California and renting a home in Brea for the past 10 years. When they first moved to California, they figured they would be renting a home for the first year or two to get to know the area before purchasing a home.. Just like that 10 years went by! I suppose good things come to those who wait, because we found them the perfect forever home. It is in the 55+ gated community of Agave La Floresta in Brea, and he just turned 55 last year, so this home wouldn't have been an option for them until recently! The La Floresta community was built in 2016, and it is a gorgeous community with a mixture of single family homes available to all ages, condos/flats available to those who are 55 or older, a clubhouse with swimming pools, pickle ball/tennis courts, a gym, and tree lined walking trails winding through the community grounds. There are restaurants, shops, and a grocery market that were constructed along with the community, providing walkable amenities to the residents here.

I always like to get a picture of my clients on closing day if they are okay with it, because I think it’s fun to share their stories with you here and have faces to go along with the story. But also it’s nice for me to be able to look back and remember the people that I have worked with as the years go by. Unfortunately, I was only able to get one of them in the picture here, because she was sick on closing day and unable to join us. I am blessed to have been able to work with these two wonderful people, and to know how happy they are with their new home makes me so happy. Cheers to new beginnings! 🥂

Aliso Viejo, California - Huge Congratulations to the new homeowner who has just purchased his first home in a neighborhood that he loves!!

Our journey began about a year ago with a home buyer consultation on Zoom, followed by in person discussions over coffee to address all of his questions. Together, we explored condos all over south Orange County; from Rancho Santa Margarita, to Costa Mesa, and finally ended up in Aliso Viejo. Despite challenges with multiple offers not being accepted, my client gained a strong understanding of the market. This past Friday I had the pleasure of handing him the keys to his new condo! 🔑🏡

The best part of being a real estate agent is the relationships you build along the way, and I am very grateful to have the trust of my clients put in me to always look after their best interests.

If you know me, you know how much I love the Minnesota Vikings. I have to give this man props, because he is just as big of a fan of the LA Chargers as I am of the Vikings. Good thing his team is in the AFC, otherwise this relationship may have not worked out! 😂🏈
