What an incredible day for the Pacific Sands neighborhood.

This year’s Community Garage Sale was our biggest and most successful yet, with over 35+ homes participating and an amazing turnout from both the neighborhood and surrounding communities. From early morning shoppers mapping out their routes to neighbors connecting throughout the day, the energy was exactly what this event is all about—community, connection, and a whole lot of great finds.

The interactive locator map made it easier than ever for shoppers to navigate, and the level of participation from homeowners truly took this event to another level. It wasn’t just a garage sale—it was a full neighborhood experience.

One of the highlights this year was our partnership with Goodwill, allowing residents to seamlessly donate any unsold items at the end of the day. It was the perfect way to wrap up the event—less clutter for homeowners and a meaningful contribution back to the community.

And of course, the coffee and donuts didn’t hurt either.

At The L3 Real Estate, we’re passionate about creating events that bring people together and strengthen the neighborhoods we serve. Seeing Pacific Sands show up the way it did this year was a huge reminder of why we do it.
