Story time 📖

When I was 9 yrs old…

I met someone that I didn’t know would become one of my best friends in life.

36 years later, we still talk. Mark is an honest, kind, genuine, and talented person, with a sense of humor that I wish was more common.

He’s not a musician by profession, but one by action.

As for me skating in the background… I don’t really like to ask people to film me. Especially if I’m just dorking around.

Therefore, I’ll just post my phone up against a random support, or on my tripod. In the distance, you’ll see me playing on one of my favorite obstacles “a pyramid corner.”

Skateboarding has always been there for me. When I was a child. Feeling alone. Frustrated. Sad. Or mad. I could grab my skateboard and “kick, and push.”

I love skateboarding. It’s really good for my soul. ❤️🛹😊

Well, they might.

We’ll find out at 2 PM Eastern time.

The consensus is that they will lower the Fed funds rate by .25%.

If that actually happens, do not expect any major changes to mortgage rates.

If the results are contrary to expectations, expect movement in the market.

If the rates decrease more than .25%, that could be favorable for interest rate rates.

If the decrease doesn’t take place, that could lead to a deterioration in pricing for mortgage rates.
