You will now be able to deposit earnest and option monies through the ZOCCAM app, and it will directly notify us of the deposits.

ZOCCAM gives everyone the flexibility to complete earnest and option payments from anywhere in the world.
It will be a great way to start a smooth transaction!

A few answers to common questions about how ZOCCAM works:
1. ZOCCAM is the safest way to transmit Earnest and Option Monies.
2. ZOCCAM is an app, and is available on iPhone and Android.
3. There are no deposit limits, unlike Zelle and Venmo
4. The funds are sent directly to the title company, and we are notified immediately.
5. EASY ACCESS!! It can be used in any location present or remote.
6. The title company instantly receives a copy of the check.
