Property Tax Bills are less than 2 months away. There are still a few ways left to lower your property tax bill:
1) Recently purchased home where you paid less than the tax value.
2) Major repairs needed to an existing structure or house.
3) Clerical error made by the appraisal district such as wrong measurements either lot or house.
4) Property exemptions not applied.
Call me and find out if you think your situation fits any of these examples or you may have another situation that will qualify for a late protest or maybe it can be addressed next year.

Just some food for thought, if any repairs resulting from damages to your property can wait for early next year. It's probably better to wait so you can use the "repairs needed" to lower your property value thus lowering your property tax.

Hurricane damage? Start taking pictures with date stamps including any flooding if the water is still there. I can use the pictures to lower you property tax either this year if it's allowed or for next year.
