The not-so-glamorous side of real estate 😂🧹

Last night’s duties: baseboards, countertops, toilets, sweeping AND mopping! We got down and dirty to help some special clients get their home ready for the market as they transition into assisted living. 🥰

I helped them move to Portland years ago to be close to their son, and now they’ve trusted me to help them through another season of life. That kind of relationship means so much to me. ❤️

And my husband? When I told Billy they needed a little extra help and that I wanted to help them, he cleared his afternoon so we could tackle it together. No hesitation. Just “let’s get it done.” 🥹❤️

That’s him in his truck right behind me in this photo! When I looked at my rear view mirror and saw him behind me, I couldn’t help but be so grateful to God for him. And I caught a little video of him in the kitchen getting the mop water ready. Always showing up and helping me get things done. 🧹❤️

So blessed to have a partner who supports me AND shows up for the people I care about.

Real estate isn’t always glamorous, but there’s something beautiful about being able to serve and having a partner willing to serve together is even better. 🙏🖤
