David Ainsworth has my vote for the Mayor of the City of Corpus Christi, TX. He was born and raised here (just like I was) and we share the same love for this city that we call home. David is a well-respected, hard-working businessman who built his successful business here. I feel David possesses the ability to lead our city, as well as the upcoming city council, with strong leadership and common sense! Let’s make a positive change for Corpus Christi.

Just a few of my reviews. If you want to read more, please visit my Google Business Page. I love helping my clients!

*Brenda was truly AMAZING! She made our home buying process so easy.. pointing us to the right lenders and really envisioning what we were looking for in our forever home! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their home!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🫶🏻

*Brenda Weathered was our realtor when we sold our home in Corpus Christi recently. After our house was listed, we moved to Dallas. Not only did Brenda serve as our liaison with potential buyers, she tirelessly dealt with workers – opening the house for them and closing up when the work was complete. Her suggestions regarding any number of issues were extremely helpful and much appreciated. My husband and I highly recommend Brenda Weathered!

*Brenda seemingly accomplished the impossible while handling the sale of our family property! She was there every step of the way, stayed on top of every stage of the sale, pushed forward through complications and made many suggestions that all helped tremendously! She always went the extra mile to help, which shows she is truly passionate snd committed to helping people and it shows! I highly recommend Brenda and can't imagine having a better experience!!

🎉🏡 Celebrating 6 Years of Helping People reach their goals and secure their future!
Today marks my 6th anniversary as a licensed REALTOR®, and I couldn't be more grateful!
Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of helping so many wonderful people navigate their real estate journeys. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners, every client, every home, and every transaction has been a meaningful part of my story.
One of the greatest rewards of this career has been the lasting friendships I've made along the way. Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It's about relationships, trust, and helping people begin exciting new chapters in their lives.
To my past and present clients, friends, colleagues, and everyone who has supported my business through referrals and encouragement, THANK YOU! Your trust and confidence mean the world to me.

Some homes make an impression the moment you walk through the front door, and this beautiful Kingsville home was one of them! I absolutely fell in love with it the first time I saw it—and it turns out I wasn't the only one. We received three offers in the very first week!
I am incredibly grateful to my wonderful sellers for trusting me with the opportunity to market such a special property. It has been a pleasure helping you through this journey.
Congratulations to my amazing seller clients and to the lucky buyer who now gets to call this beautiful house home. Wishing you all the very best as you begin your next chapters! 🏡❤️

✨ Congratulations to my wonderful first-time homebuyers! 🎉
Owning a home has been a dream they've worked toward for quite some time, and I couldn't be happier to help them take this exciting step. Watching clients receive the keys to a place they can truly call home is one of the greatest joys of my career.
Every successful home purchase is a team effort. From knowledgeable lenders to a cooperative listing agent, it takes dedicated professionals working together to create a smooth transaction that benefits both the buyer and the seller. I'm grateful to have been part of that process for these amazing clients.
If you've been thinking about buying a home but aren't sure where to begin, I'd love to help you understand your options and create a plan that works for you. Building equity through homeownership is one of the most rewarding investments you can make.
Let's start the conversation about making your homeownership dreams a reality! 🏡❤️

Estate homes have a lot of moving parts that need to be managed. I was able to coordinate my team of professionals to get this house on the market and SOLD quickly. If you have an estate home in your family and need advice on "what's next", give me a call. I'd love to discuss.

Thank you to my wonderful client for trusting me to help price, market, and sell her home in the Cayo Del Oso subdivision!
Together, we created a strategy based on current market data, neighborhood comparable properties, and recent sold homes—not fear-driven headlines about the real estate market. While sellers may have a desired price in mind, today’s market value is determined by what buyers are willing to pay based on current statistics and market activity.
The result? A successful sale through strategic pricing and marketing. Congratulations to my seller, and thank you again for your trust throughout the process!
