Summary of Day 3!
It was a very intense dive into how quickly the responsibilities of real estate agents in helping clients buy and sell their homes have changed. It's more than the transaction itself, which any good agent already knows. It's learning how to utilize the technology that buyers and sellers interact with regularly.
For sellers, it's learning to market better to gain higher visibility to sell their homes.
For buyers, it's being able to connect and gain their trust as a great agent who has their best interest at the forefront and who fights for them.
In summary, I've learned a lot and am excited to implement the new knowledge and reinforce the right skills and knowledge to serve my current and future clients, making it obvious that I'm the Realtor of choice and will serve them better than the average agent.
