Having a will does NOT necessarily mean your estate plan is complete.
This is one of the biggest misconceptions I see in estate planning.
Your will may not control your retirement accounts, life insurance, jointly owned property, or accounts with named beneficiaries. And a will does nothing to determine who can step in and make financial or health-care decisions for you if you become incapacitated.
That’s why I’m joining Martin Shenkman, Thomas Tietz, and LaTanya Greer this Thursday for a FREE consumer webinar:
**A Thinking Consumer’s Guide to Wills**
đź“… Thursday, August 20
⏰ 4:00–5:30 PM Eastern
đź’» Free online webinar
We’re going beyond the basic “everyone needs a will” advice and explaining how the different pieces of an estate plan actually work together—so you can make informed decisions about protecting yourself, your family, and what you’ve built.
If you already have a will, this webinar is for you.
If you’ve been putting off your estate planning because you don’t know where to start, this webinar is also for you.
