-Experts say that home prices, though at a lower pace, would still increase
-Experts say, the interest rate would still increase.
Then people say: I would wait...BUT Rental are increasing more.

Home prices would not decrease with time, nor rentals.....BUT interest rates would once the inflation is under control.
