I am the target of a coordinated campaign of harassment, stalking, financial coercion, and intimidation.

Since at least 2024, I have been harassed by attorneys and their proxies via banking institutions, big law firms, and the local Chamber of Commerce. My constitutional rights to due process and privacy have been repeatedly violated. My business was tanked and my pets were harmed.

Through the use of masked logins my client management software, research platforms, emails, and other practice tools have been scrambled at key moments during these past three years.

My life has been threatened;
My license to practice has been threatened; and,
My pets were harmed.

My participation in family law committees is being sabotaged by these people’s proxies who delay emails, gaslight and condescend me in meetings when I try to participate.

My access to e-filing, Miami-Dade clerk’s records, and west law research platforms— for which I pay— have been tampered with.
It appears a second Bloomberg login was created using my old Ave Maria email in an effort to make me look incompetent and/or insane: proof will follow.

Furthermore, I am being subjected to interrogation by proxies; no one has asked me a direct question, no formal charges have been filed, and I am not represented by counsel. My texts and emails are being processed through intermediary servers, mirroring the conditions of a federal penitentiary. In effect, I am being treated like a federal prisoner before any charges have been filed, with no advice of counsel, no trial, and no conviction.

Just yesterday, after making the first of these posts, I received notification that I was selected to receive a scholarship for the Family Law retreat in Punta Gorda. The email is dated July 30, 2026, but sat on a stalker’s server until yesterday. As a result, I did not book a hotel or complete my registration.

A vulnerable family members were manipulated into helping these stalkers and will struggle with the consequences for years.

There is plenty evidence to take their computers, cut off their access to my accounts, and make arrests. They remain active and emboldened.

Dear Stalkers:

Unearthing exes from 20 years ago to “get dirt” won’t justify hacking my west-law accounts, business emails, private emails, cell phone, hiring strangers to befriend me and enter my home, making false criminal accusations, or tanking my business and reputation.

Intentionally blocking florida bar committee emails till the night before, or same day, a response is due does not show I’m irresponsible, but it does create more evidence of cyber stalking and intentional sabotage of my career.

Blocking my access to apple ID accounts prevents me from paying bills and checking late notices, but it is also a cyber crime and shows knowing and intentional sabotage; It will not reduce liability.

Creating masked logins for all my accounts so I am too scared, or unable to reach outside people for help, solidifies your collective lack or remorse and shows this scheme was not a mistake, but a targeted stalking/harassment campaign.
